I provide a safe, supportive space where you can explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences without judgment. My approach is rooted in person-centered therapy, which means I honor your individuality and meet you where you are. Depending on your needs, I also incorporate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Narrative Therapy, and Solution-Focused Therapy to help you find strategies that work best for you.

I have extensive experience working with adolescents, adults, and families navigating challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, and life transitions. Each session is tailored to you—because your path to healing is uniquely your own.
